Under the supervision of the Board, Shri Kunal Sood, Executive Director, is in charge of overall operations. He is a post-graduate in Business Administration and has taken charge of the business from 1999 onwards. To assist him, highly trained technocrats are deputed in each centre which consists of a well qualified team of professionals in production, quality & finance.
Besides, Shri K.K. Sood, the Managing Director, keeps in constant touch with the customers, management staff and labour force. There is a well defined division of work based on the Principles of Modern Management.
